Single Origin | Bourbon & Pacas Varietals

Grown on rich volcanic soil at the base of the Santa Ana volcano in El Salvador, this coffee comes from Finca Ayutepeque, a historic family farm dating back to 1850. Carefully hand-picked and sun-dried, this lot blends Bourbon and Pacas varietals for a smooth, approachable cup.

Expect a rich, nutty body with hints of cocoa, and low acidity

Directly translating to “cloud” our Kumo is the perfect introduction to premium grade ceremonial matcha. Easily enjoyed as a thin tea of “koicha” in Japanese and especially as a latte as it cuts through the milk, leaving you with a vibrant bodied matcha.
